Fresh Orange Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine (at room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium fresh orange, cut into 6 pieces and seeds removed
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, whip margarine and sugar until light. Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in milk.
    Add flour, baking soda and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Put orange pieces, raisins and pecans into a food processor.
    Process on high for about 20 seconds, until it forms a thick mixture.
    Fold this mixture into the muffin batter.
