Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 sq. soda crackers (8), crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 c. milk or less
    2 c. crushed (corn flakes or Special K)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
