Apple Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 ml (3-1/3 oz.) butter
250 ml (1 c.) flour
100 ml (3-1/3 oz.) sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
125 ml (1/2 c.) milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can apple pie filling
cinnamon and ground cloves
sprinkles
Preparation

Hand knead the butter into the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Gently beat the egg, vanilla and milk.
Add into the flour mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Grease 12x18 pan, pour in 3/4 of the batter, sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves, spread the pie mixture over it, then cover with remaining batter.\tBake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until lightly brown.
Cool and cut into squares.
