Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy or sour cream
1 c. sugar
12 peach halves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
Preparation
-
Work butter into dry ingredients (only 2 tablespoons sugar) until mealy.
Put mixture on the bottom and up sides of an 8-inch square pan.
Press firmly.
