Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. molasses (may use some honey)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    12 to 14 c. flour (may use some whole wheat)
Preparation
    Pour 4 cups boiling water over oatmeal, molasses, salt and shortening.
    When lukewarm, dissolve yeast in mixture.
    Mix in enough flour to make a bread dough.
    Knead and put into a bowl to rise.
    Shape into 4 loaves. Let rise again and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
