Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can tomato sauce (Italian)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Boil potatoes until half done. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Layer potatoes and ground beef in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Mix Cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over beef and potatoes. Pour tomato sauce over mixture. Sprinkle on pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 375\u00b0 oven, covered with foil. Uncover. Put on Mozzarella cheese and melt.
