Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 lb. chicken or shrimp
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. whiskey
1 tsp. salt and pinch of sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 to 3 carrots, grated
3 green onions, chopped
5 to 8 mushrooms, chopped
1 pkg. fresh bean sprouts, cleaned
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers, cleaned
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and squeeze together.
Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture into egg roll wrapper.
Beat an egg to seal corners.
Use as much oil as you'll need to deep fry egg rolls in wok.
Cook egg rolls approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
Makes about 25 rolls.
