Dietetic Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk or enough to fill freezer
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. Eagle Brand milk
    6 Tbsp. sweetener (10 pkg.)
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    3 lemons, juiced
    3 oranges, juiced
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Make a cooked sauce with 1 cup of the milk and the flour.
    Let cool, then add all other ingredients and stir well.
    Freeze in either trays or freezer.
    Makes 1 gallon.
