Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated raw carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oil. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add. Beat until mixed well. Add carrots, pecans and flavoring. Grease and flour 4 pans. Divide batter evenly into pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
