Pansit (Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rice stick noodles
    1 c. boneless chicken strips
    1 c. shrimp
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. green beans, chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 small, chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Saute with cooking oil the minced garlic, garlic powder and onion.
    Add chicken, shrimp and half of the soy sauce.
    Mix until cooked.
    Add remaining vegetables; cook about 5 minutes.
    Add water and noodles.
    Mix well.
    Serve warm. Serves 8 to 10 persons.
