Green Tomato Jello Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jell-O (strawberry, cherry or raspberry)
    4 c. green tomatoes, cut up
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring tomatoes and sugar to boil over low heat.
    Boil 1/2 hour. Mash with eggbeater.
    Mix to color thoroughly with small package of Jell-O (no water).
    Strain and put into freezer containers. Freeze.
