Ham Steak With Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1/2-inch) slices center cut precooked ham
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix sugar, mustard and cornstarch.
Slowly add vinegar.
Add lemon juice, water and raisins.
Stir over low heat until thick. Heat ham thoroughly; place on a platter, stacked with 1/2 of sauce poured on each slice.
