Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15-1/2 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    3/4 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 bottle (8 oz.) fat-free Italian salad dressing
    Baked Tortilla Chips
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
