Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. loosely packed raw zucchini squash
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves (may use mace)
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and zucchini.
    Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and serve.
