Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken wings, separated
    flour
    vegetable oil
    hot sauce
    butter
    salt and pepper
    Blue cheese dressing
    celery
Preparation
    Wash wings and paper towel dry; salt and pepper to taste. Coat in flour once or twice.
    Deep fry in vegetable oil.
    Mix 2 parts hot sauce to 1 part butter.
    Dip wings in sauce, the hotter you like them the more times you dip the wings.
    Serve with Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
