Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Flake salmon and combine with all ingredients, except parsley.
    Chill several hours.
    Roll into ball, then roll into parsley.
    Serve surrounded by crackers.
