Tri-Color Vegetables With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    6 c. cauliflowerets
    6 c. broccoli flowerets
    3 c. sliced squash
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In
    a
    12-inch\tDutch
    oven combine water, cauliflower, broccoli,
    squash and tarragon.
    Cover.
    Place 14 coals on top and 12 coals on the bottom.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese and onions over vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
