Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Combine shortening, butter and sugar.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Combine flour and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla and beating well after each addition.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
