Waikiki Meat Balls(Sweet And Sour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drain (reserve juice)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, ginger and milk.
    Shape into bite-size balls.
    Heat oil in a large skillet; brown and cook meatballs.
    Remove meatballs.
    Keep warm.
    Pour fat from skillet.
