Italian Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
7 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. anise oil
Preparation

Use beater.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar, flavoring and oil.
Beat well together and add baking powder to flour, then add gradually to mixture.
Grease apple strudel pan.
Cook for 10 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven (test with toothpick).
After cools, slice 1/2-inch thick.
Put back in pan; put back in oven just to toast.
