Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. luke warm water
    2-3 pkgs. yeast
    4 lbs. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, yeast, melted butter, and add luke warm water.
    Add flour and knead until smooth.
    Let raise until double in size, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
