Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 oz. uncooked oats
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. blueberries
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In small bowl, with fork, combine egg, milk, oil and flour.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add blueberries.
    Pour into muffin cups.
    Combine 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Sprinkle evenly on muffins.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
