Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter; add shredded cheese.
    Roll out 1/4 inch thickness.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    As soon as they are taken out of the oven, sprinkle with salt.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 and bake for 12 minutes.
