Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. prepared romaine lettuce
1/3 c. salad oil
1 large garlic bud, chopped or pressed
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 raw egg
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. croutons
1 tsp. fillet of anchovy, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation

To prepare romaine, rinse and drain well; break into bite size pieces.
Place in large plastic bag and chill in refrigerator at least one hour or longer before serving.
