Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
    Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, blending thoroughly.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Spoon batter into two well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
