Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond, lemon or orange flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well.
    Stir in flavoring.
    Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Turn off oven and partially open oven door for 30 minutes.
    Take out and cool at room temperature.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill 8 hours.
    Graham cracker crust should be in spring-form pan.
