Apple Cranberry Crispy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size apples (4 c.)
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. uncooked quick rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Peel, core and quarter apples sliced thin. Arrange apples in buttered baking dish (about 10 x 6 x 2-inches). Spoon cranberry sauce over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir rolled oats with cinnamon. Stir rolled oats, flour and brown sugar together. Cut in butter until evenly mixed and crumbly. Sprinkle over cranberry layer. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until apples are cooked through and top is lightly browned, about 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Serve with cream if desired.
