Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dumpling noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from boiled chicken)
    2 c. white wine to taste
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. heavy cream (Coffee Rich)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, twice
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 boiled chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken and bone; save broth.
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour.
    Cook over low heat; stir until smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in broth; heat to boiling.
    Stir constantly and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Stir in wine and nutmeg; add cream and Parmesan cheese.
    Place layers of noodles, broccoli and chicken in ungreased baking dish. Pour sauce over layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Broil in oven until golden.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
