Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (3 oz.) lemon or orange jello
1/2 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 jar (14 oz.) cranberry orange relish
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat cranberry juice to boiling; remove from heat.
Add to gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in orange and lemon juices.
Refrigerate until of the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into lightly oiled 1-quart mold or 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Unmold and serve on crisp greens with fresh orange twists for trim.
