Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli in 1 cup salted water for 5 minutes.
Add soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into buttered baking dish.
(Can leave refrigerated overnight.)
Mix cracker crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Preheat oven and bake 30 minutes, 50 minutes if casserole was refrigerated.
