Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (6 c.)
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water (5 minutes); drain. Combine soup and sour cream; fold in drained squash and onion.
    In bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 pinch pan, spread margarine mixed with 1/2 stuffing mix.
    Spread vegetable mix on top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.
    Bake on 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
