Austrian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 onion
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    2 Tbsp. dill pickles
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and hard-boil eggs.
    Cut potatoes as for potato salad.
    Put in a large bowl.
    Dice eggs and onion and mix with potatoes.
    Add the sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Mix well. Chop pickles into mixture and sprinkle sugar over all.
    Mix. Add dill weed, salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate.
    (This is even better the second day.)
