Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/3 bell pepper
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften to room temperature
    1 tsp. dry onion
    seasoning salt to taste
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain well crushed pineapple.
    Chop fine bell pepper.
    Cream well cream cheese, onion and seasoning salt.
    Mix well with pineapple and pepper.
    Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers or bagels.
