Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
juice of 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together the egg yolks, condensed milk and lemon juice.
Crumble vanilla wafers in pie plate and place whole wafers around sides of pie plate.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
Chill before serving.
