Beef Or Venison Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Slice 2 lb. of beef or deer meat in 1/4-inch slices.
    Sprinkle meat with a little garlic and pepper, the more garlic and pepper the more spicy it will be. Pound meat with meat mallet.
    Place in bowl of marinade, and store in refrigerator.
    Stir 3 or 4 times within the next 24 hours. Place in dehydrator or slow baking oven.
