Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix hamburger, egg, 1/4 can cream of mushroom soup, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Form patties out of meat mixture.
Put meat in skillet and cook until done.
Remove meat from pan and drain grease.
Mix all the rest of the soup in to make a gravy.
Place meat back in and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
