Peas Pizzicato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby green peas
    1 c. sour cream
    2 green onions, chopped
    6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Thaw and drain peas (do not cook).
    Toss with remaining ingredients; chill overnight.
    Garnish with tomatoes and parsley or mint or pimento.
