Stir-Fry Made Simple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced chicken
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained (keep juice)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with vegetable juice
    2 c. precooked rice
Preparation
    In a skillet, add first 4 ingredients and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add to chicken the 2 cans of vegetables and cornstarch mixture.
    Return to heat and heat until mixture thickens.
