Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Add fruit; stir and pour into mold. Chill. Serves 12 to 15.
