Ham Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. chopped lean ham
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. chopped pickles (sweet or sour)
1/4 c. pickle juice
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
If mixture is needed a little thinner for spread add meat stock.
Pack in jar.
Let 1 1/2 headspace. Process pint and 1/2 pint at 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour.
After opening, mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and hard-boiled eggs.
