Ingredients

6 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into slices, making into rings
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Place tomato wedges, green pepper and onion rings into a shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute.
Pour immediately over vegetables.
Cover tightly and chill.
This will keep several days in refrigerator.
Hot peppers may be added if you like it spicy.
