Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1/3 c. diced sweet pickle
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Simmer chicken 40 to 50 minutes, until tender.
    Remove from bones and dice.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
