Black Forest Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can prepared chocolate frosting

Preparation

Grease and flour 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking pan.
Set aside. Combine cake mix, pie filling, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Stir, using a wooden spoon, until all ingredients are well mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
