Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation

Pour drippings from a roast beef into baking pan.
Place in a 400\u00b0 oven until drippings bubble.
Mix eggs and milk, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into hot drippings for 45 minutes.
Serve with roast.
