Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 whole medium eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Add next 5 ingredients, mix well.
Add next 2 ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields three 9-inch pans.
