Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (a mixture of Cheddar and Swiss is best)
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 deep dish pie crust

Preparation

Beat eggs, mayonnaise and milk until fluffy.
Fold in additional ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done and lightly brown.
