Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced celery
4 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can water chestnuts
1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in 4-quart casserole.
Crush 1 cup cracker crumbs or potato chips and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
