Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 oz. or 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in coconut.
    Use teaspoon to drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
