Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. saltine crackers
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 pt. oysters
    1/2 c. corn Niblets
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix together crackers, milk and eggs in bowl.
    Set aside for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour into greased 3-cup casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
