Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt and cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; add eggs, oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease and flour cake pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
